After crossing the border from Herceg-Novi, we will pass the fertile
Konavle Valley, the village of Cilipi, Zupa Dubrovacka and Dubrovnik. From
the coast we will head inland through the mountainous areas of
Hercegovina toward Medjugorje. Millions of visitors have flocked to
Medjugorje, one of the most famous places of pilgrimage throughout the
Catholic world. The Virgin Mary has appeared here to people who have
received her message of peace. Following Mass, those who wish may visit
Apparition Hill, where the Virgin Mary first appeared. A passport is
required for this full-day tour.
